Scott Leslie, Founder and Chief Collborator
Scott Leslie is an experienced leader in the AV industry and in CRM solutions. Scott has held executive positions at Harman, Renkus-Heinz and JAM Industries and has done product development and executive strategy work for many companies in the AV industry including Presonus, Louroe, DSP Concepts, Rivera, Ashly, ATK AudioTek and Pascal.
Scott founded and managed Evidant Corporation, an Analytics company from 2002 to 2010. In this part of his career, Scott developed many unique analysis methods and mathematics and become a data expert.
Scott has also developed CRM solutions for several companies including Schlumberger, SeeBeyond and Evidant.
Scott is also the Chairman of Product Development of the Audio Engineering Society since 2013 and has presented many topics including product management, loudspeaker optimization, product development processes among others at AES.
Scott holds a BSEE from Cal Poly, an MS in Acoustics from Georgia Tech, and an MBA from the University of California at Irvine.

Manaw Modi, Founder and Development Leader
Manaw Modi has over 25 years of experience in IT and software development. He has held executive technical positions at British Petroleum, Capital One and CareFirst where he met Scott in 2004.
Manaw founded Karma Strategies in 2008, a software development company that builds software applications for companies worldwide.
Manaw has published and presented on the topic of software development practices, software architecture, software engineering management among other topics.
Manaw has lived and worked in the US, Europe and currently resides in his home country of India.

Phil Van Peborgh, Sales Practices Consultant
Phil has over 25 years of experience in the AV industry, 10 years as an integrator in the UK and 15 years in sales and sales management as a dealer, independent rep and sales manager since his move to the US in 2000.
Phil worked with Scott at Renkus-Heinz and currently consults with manufacturers and independent reps to strengthen and better manage their sales partners and channels. Phil has been involved with Scott and Manaw from the genesis of what would become SalesPartners.
Phil has analyzed and implemented CRM’s and best sales process practices across multiple organizations since 1991.
